We hope you are satisfied with your Geomatria London order. However, if within 25 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.
All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original undamaged packaging along with your completed return note.
Geomatria London will not refund original shipping charges.
Return of defective products
At the rare event that products are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us or email us so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. If the package you receive is damaged or opened, please do not accept delivery and contact customer service immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the shipping costs to return the goods and issue a new delivery.
Defective items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of delivery. All items returned as faulty will be assessed by Geomatria London, and any item showing damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear and tear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty. We offer a full repair service for such items. There will be a small charge for this service, to cover the cost of repair together with any shipping costs incurred.
