Use and care of our jewelry

5 basic care:

  • Avoid as much as possible that they come into contact with spray products, perfumes, cosmetics or creams that may leave residues or create abrasions.
  • Do not use cleaning products with your jewelry on.
  • During the summer, protect your jewelry from sea salt and chlorine.
  • Store jewelry and amulets in a suitable, dry place.
  • Periodically check the chain closures to prevent them from opening.

  • What is the delivery method?
We ship to the entire country through DHL or to be agreed with the client. The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
  • What are the delivery times?

Once the order is placed, the product will be shipped within 3 and 5 business days. Then the delivery time is calculated according to the destination.


  • How do I make a claim for inconvenience upon receiving the product?

At Geomatria we pay special attention to exhaustively checking the quality and condition of all amulets/jewelry before being shipped. If once you receive the product you notice any flaw or inconvenience in the size of the jewelry, you will have a period of 10 business days to contact you and initiate your claim or order. 

The piece must be delivered in the same condition in which it was received, unused and with the original packaging.
